TaiG tool is still working well
to jailbreak up to iOS 8.1.2 for all the Windows user. It’s latest version is
1.2. All the iOS 8+ versions are included as supported versions such as iOS
8.1.2, 8.1.1, 8.1, 8.0.2 and iOS 8.0. But, it is not included the iOS 8.1.3
version, which is released by the Apple as the latest. Every device user can
upgrade this on their devices now. However, still it has no Cydia. Jailbreak guide of Taig
(Windows users only)
1. Connect your iDevice to your computer with the USB cable.
2. Right
click the TaiG application and run as administrator.
3. When
the application opens and finds your device, locate the second option below the
one that says “Cydia”
4.
(Optional) Uncheck the second option so that TaiG only installs Cydia.
5. Click
the big green button.
6. Done!

- Restore and start fresh jailbreak if TaiG failed to complete the jailbreak process.
- Don't unplug or try to use the device while jailbreak.
- Make sure you have updated your device into supported iOS version.
- Switch off pass codes and Find my iPhone is a must
Device compatibility
TaiG works
with the most recent iPhone models, including iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6,
iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4s. As far as iPad compatibility is
concerned, TaiG works with iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 4, iPad 3, iPad 2, iPad
mini 3, iPad mini 2, iPad mini. iPod touch 5G is the only iPod touch compatible
with TaiG.
Usefully, the Cydia Store application comes bundled with the
jailbreak and will auto-install on your iOS device. You don’t have to be
running iOS 8.1.1 in order to use TaiG, either – the jailbreak solution is also
compatible with iOS 8.0, iOS 8.0.2, and iOS 8.1. Here’s the full range of
compatible devices: iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 6, iPhone
6 Plus, iPod touch (fifth-generation), iPad mini, iPad mini with Retina
display, iPad mini 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, and iPad Air 2.
